Frederick County offers a Subscription Club Program to all Frederick County Residents that are transported by a Frederick County unit. Our Subscription Club Program helps the citizens of Frederick County by assisting with out-of-pocket expenses for medically necessary ambulance transports.

The Division of Fire and Rescue Services mailed out subscription club forms to all Frederick County Residents. To enroll simply fill out the membership enrollment form located in the pamphlets and list all persons living in the house who will be enrolled in the program.

Your membership is effective for one calendar year and covers unlimited transports per enrolled member. In addition to the peace of mind for you, your membership also provides vital funding for the Vigilant Hose Company #6.

Membership tiers include;

Senior Citizen $15 each
Individual $25 each
Household $50

**Remember to indicate that you are served by Ambulance Company #6 to help ensure the membership fees further support the Vigilant Hose Company #6.**
